Mental Health Supported Accommodation across Perth WA
At Adelphi Living, we offer purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home options with a maximum capacity of 3-4 people for NDIS Participants with psychosocial disability. This home setting allows us to provide high-quality care and support that promotes a better quality of life.
We provide 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) in Fully Accessible (FA), High Physical Support (HPS) and Improved Liveability SDA homes, in a wide range of locations across Perth WA, ensuring that our Participants have the support they need to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life. In addition, our mental health accommodation solutions offer respite care and medium-term options to support the changing needs of our Participants.
NDIS Eligibility
If you live with a psychosocial disability or a mental health condition in its more severe form, you may be eligible for NDIS funding. People with NDIS funding can access our disability care services through a person-centred approach promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
